Hi, I’m Megan.
I design learning experiences that help people build practical skills they can actually use.
After 8+ years as an English teacher and Cambridge Examiner working with international learners, and 12+ years as a Programme Manager coordinating educational programs for hundreds of participants, I’ve learned what makes training effective: clear objectives, realistic scenarios, and immediate feedback.
Now I’m transitioning that expertise into corporate Learning & Development. I specialize in creating interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, designing microlearning experiences, and transforming lengthy lecture-based training into engaging digital learning.
I’m currently completing my Postgraduate Certificate in Design for Learning Environments at the University of Birmingham, where I’m deepening my expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning experience design, and evidence-based educational practices.
